It is currently undergoing a strategic transformation of its marketing model, moving towards a more centralized and impactful Global approach.This role offers the opportunity to join a high-growth environment, where marketing plays a key role in accelerating business performance and supporting commercial teams.DescriptionAs Marketing Programs Manager Europe, you will play a central role in driving the execution and coordination of marketing programs across France and Europe, while acting as a key business partner for one of the company's priority markets.Key Responsibilities:Own and execute the European marketing programs calendar, including congresses, events, and educational initiatives, with a clear focus on measurable business impactLead end-to-end event management: logistics, suppliers, budget control, and on-site executionEnsure consistency, compliance, and localization of marketing materials across European marketsManage external vendors and agencies to deliver high-quality, scalable programsAct as a trusted marketing partner to the local commercial leadership and sales teamsSupport and deploy field marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events, aligned with business prioritiesBuild strong relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionalsContribute to strengthening the company's visibility and influence within the professional ecosystemCoordinate campaigns, newsletters, and digital initiatives in collaboration with global teamsSupport CRM activities (e.g., Salesforce) and contribute to sales enablementTrack and report on program performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs and business objectivesProfil recherchéWe are looking for a marketing professional with minimum 5 years of experience, ideally within medical devices, with strong exposure to marketing program management or events.Fluent in French and English, you are comfortable operating in an international environment while engaging with local stakeholders.You combine a hands-on mindset with strong ownership, and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments. Proactive, you anticipate needs, and drive execution with impact.Acting as a true business partner, you translate marketing efforts into tangible business outcomes.
