Description

As a Business Development professional, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and originating new business opportunities within the architecture, design, and luxury ecosystem
  • Building and developing a strong network of prescribers (architects, designers, developers, luxury clients)
  • Positioning the company early in high-potential, design-led projects
  • Leading projects end-to-end, from opportunity identification to contract negotiation
  • Managing both product-driven and bespoke, high-value projects
  • Coordinating all project phases with internal and international stakeholders (design, quotation, logistics, installation)
  • Ensuring a high level of execution and premium client experience throughout the project lifecycle
  • Strengthening long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Enhancing brand visibility through targeted networking and industry events
  • Monitoring pipeline performance and providing structured reporting to support business strategy

Profil recherché

A successful Business Development professional should have:

    • 10+ years in business development or complex B2B sales
    • Experience in luxury, design, architecture, or high-end project environments
    • Proven ability to develop networks and generate opportunities in low-inbound markets
    • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects across varying sales cycles
    • Strong project management, coordination, and influencing skills
    • Ability to represent a brand in premium environments with strong design sensitivity
    • International exposure
    • Fluent in French and English
