Exposure to fintech environments would be advantageous. A strong understanding of the Egyptian financial services market, including its regulatory and commercial landscape, is highly desirable.Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of corporate governance principles and the role of a Non-Executive Director in providing independent oversight and constructive challenge.
