Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales & Marketing Director oversees all commercial and marketing activities of the hotel.
He may also oversee external communication and press and media relations.
Several years of operational experience is an important asset to access this function.
You will be in charge of:
- Definition of the Sales & Marketing strategy
- Definition of the pricing policy
- Definition of the operational marketing plan and the axes of communication, added value of the site...
- Elaboration of objectives and sales forecasts, elaboration of budgets, reporting
- Management of the teams in charge of the implementation of the commercial policy
- Representation role of the establishment in important events (trade fairs, networks, etc.)
- Participation in high-level commercial negotiations, supervising commercial partnerships and monitoring key accounts directly
Proven professional experience of minimum 10 years in a similar position in Morocco or abroad. You have a vision that is both strategic and operational to make the orientations and objectives. You are proactive and know how to federate your teams. You are highly responsible & reliable with an excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities & good presentation skills.
