Description du poste
You will be responsible for:
- Diary management,
- Arrangement of both internal and external meetings and conference calls,
- Arrangement of travel and production of comprehensive, accurate itineraries; handling last minute on-the-road changes,
- Extensive telephone contact,
- Accurate and prompt reconciliation of expenses, invoices, insurance cost,
- Booking of international couriers,
- Typing of letters, file notes, faxes, memos, emails...
- General secretarial duties.
You have the ability to work in a fast and busy environment.
You must have excellent organisational skills, the ability to multi-task and a good sense of urgency.
You are a professional telephone manner.
You have strong administration skills.
You are extremely proactive and you have the ability to think 2 steps ahead at all times.
You must display confidence and be able to remain calm under pressure.
You are fluent in Russian, English and French.
