Risk & Insurance Manager - Logistics Company (M/F)

As the new Risk & Insurance Manager, you will report directly to the Executive Committee.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Identify and evaluate the risks for the different business entities of the group
• Advice internal stakeholders about avoidance of risk and protection of the organization's balance sheet
• Monitor and evaluate risk environment and engage with the stakeholders within the group to increase risk awareness
• Develop tools to calculate and monitor TCR or ETCR (Total cost of Risk, Economic Total Cost of Risk)
• Management and negotiation of the Groups Risk Transfer tools (Insurance, Retention management, Alternative risk transfer)
• Visit the logistics' sites to better understand the risks and design insurance strategies to cover the risks identified
• Implement and coordinate international insurance programs, depending on the local specificities for each country
• Develop and manage relationships with third party service providers including brokers and insurers
• Manage annual policy renewals and ensure proper implementation of programs throughout the Group
• Monitor and coordinate claims management and support the business entities in the processing of routine claims matters
• Develop and implement risk and insurance reporting in an appropriate way for different audiences (finance, top management, head of business…)
