The Group seeks a visionary Managing Director to spearhead its next chapter of growth, enhance brand positioning, and ensure long-term profitability while maintaining world-class hospitality standards.

Description

As Managing Director, you will take full leadership of the Group's strategic direction, ensuring sustainable growth, financial performance, and exceptional guest and employee experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and executing the Group's long-term vision, aligning with its growth and market expansion strategies.
  • Overseeing the operational excellence of all properties, ensuring superior service standards, sustainability initiatives, and a culture of innovation.
  • Driving profitability, optimizing revenue streams, and maintaining financial discipline to enhance shareholder value.
  • Leading and developing a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of excellence, agility, and innovation.
  • Strengthening the Group's market positioning, leveraging emerging trends in luxury hospitality, technology, and guest experience.
  • Representing the Group at board level, ensuring compliance with corporate governance, audit, and risk management policies.



 

Profil recherché

You are an accomplished leader in the luxury hospitality sector, bringing a minimum of 15 year's executive experience, including a strong track record in managing upscale city hotels or a portfolio of properties.

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven success in scaling hotel brands, driving revenue growth, and enhancing guest satisfaction.
  • Expertise in hotel development, asset management, and financial leadership to ensure long-term business sustainability.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire teams and build strategic partnerships.
  • An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in business, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred.
