Due to the evolving consumer market demands, they are now seeking a Manager of Sourcing & Requisitions to join their operations in Cotonou, Bénin.

Description

Reporting to the Director of Global Sourcing & Supply chain, you are required to carry out the below duties:

  • Responsible for managing a full cycle Sourcing & Requisition to order process, inclusive of end to end vendor evaluations
  • Implementing processes in the supply chain process to carry out purchasing item catalogs, requisition creation and purchasing documentation
  • Effectively collaborating with centers of excellence, shared services via Oracle work flows
  • Responsible for establishing a functional operational plan that enables progressive engagement with external vendors and the group procurement team
  • Review and approve purchasing documents, agreements and contract terms & deliverables
  • Provide performance reviews of CoE against agreed KPI's, while following compliance policies and SLA terms

Profil recherché

You bring 5 years of working experience as a Manager of Sourcing & Requisitions within the telecommunication sector covering the Benin market
Working experience on Procurement improvement processes
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain management or Engineering
Working experience with Oracle and market related work flow systems is a plus
Strong market knowledge of Bénin, including a proven track record of sourcing best practices
Previous experience working directly with telecommunication vendors is preferred
Excellent fluency in both French & English is required
Must be willing to relocate to Bénin
