Within KYC Onboarding Department, you will be critical liaison partner between the front office and operations, building and managing key stakeholder relations including: Assessment of AML risk, industry and jurisdictional uplift requirements.


Your main goals will be:

  • The main contact for escalation support in translations, attendance at customer calls and audit support in relation to onboarding and updating,
  • Acting as a leading contact for support in translations, client call attendance, audit support in relation to client maintenance,
  • Being the lead stakeholder manager for internal country/regional and external regulatory relationships, ensuring you provide regular and visible reporting,
  • Becoming an in-country specialist on specific regulatory requirements, offering subject matter expertise to the wider operations and front office staff,
  • Providing end-to-end jurisdictional KYC expertise throughout refresh process,
  • Using KYC knowledge, communication, and problem-solving skills to analyse KYC information.

Profil recherché

The ideal candidate will be:

  • At least 5 years' experience in KYC/Onboarding within financial services,
  • Fluent English,
  • Ability to successfully build and manage teams,
  • Strong experience in process optimization,
  • Demonstrate gravitas with the ability to manage and influence at senior executive level across both internal and external stakeholders and clients.
