We are currently recruiting, for one of our client, a Head of Construction.

Description du poste

  • Overseeing specific real estate construction and development projects,
  • Planning and managing the business operations of the organization,
  • Preparing budgets and other financial reports for the management team,
  • Negotiating contracts with buyers and sellers of real estate properties, including overseeing the inspections and appraisals of properties,
  • Handling legal issues and negotiating contracts with attorneys, brokers, lenders and other parties involved in real estate transactions,
  • Managing the purchase, sale, rental, or development of properties,
  • Monitoring real estate income and expenditure,
  • Determining rental income and negotiating lease agreements,
  • Authorizing maintenance, repair, equipment, and supply expenditure,
  • Negotiating contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors,
  • Resolving complaints,
  • Reporting to clients and board members on project progress,

Profil recherché

  • Master's degree in civil or construction engineering, finance or project management,
  • At least 15 years of experience in a similar position,
  • Fluent in English,
  • You are a strong relationship builder and communicator,
  • You should be goal oriented and have a proven track of leadership,
  • You are perserverant and you are a good negotiator,
  • Extensive experience in managing property development, purchases, sales, and rentals,
  • In-depth knowledge of applicable property law, taxes, and financial statements,
