Description du poste

  • Develop and implement the hotel's strategic plans, goals, and objectives.
  • Provide strong leadership to the management team and staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards throughout the hotel.
  • Respond promptly to guest feedback, concerns, and complaints, taking appropriate action to address and resolve issues.
  • Implement effective guest service training programs and ensure all staff members understand and deliver on the hotel's service philosophy.
  • Develop and manage the hotel's annual budget, ensuring revenue and profitability goals are achieved.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze financial statements, and implement cost-control measures.
  • Oversee all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and other relevant departments.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Implement efficient operational procedures and quality control measures to optimize productivity and guest satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Foster a positive work environment, promoting open communication, teamwork, and employee engagement.

Profil recherché

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). A master's degree may be preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a similar senior management role within the hotel industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Sound financial acumen and the ability to analyze financial statements, manage budgets, and drive revenue.
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
