Our client is an International Hotel Group.

Develop and implement the hotel's strategic plans, goals, and objectives.
Provide strong leadership to the management team and staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards throughout the hotel.
Respond promptly to guest feedback, concerns, and complaints, taking appropriate action to address and resolve issues.
Implement effective guest service training programs and ensure all staff members understand and deliver on the hotel's service philosophy.
Develop and manage the hotel's annual budget, ensuring revenue and profitability goals are achieved.
Monitor financial performance, analyze financial statements, and implement cost-control measures.
Oversee all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and other relevant departments.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Implement efficient operational procedures and quality control measures to optimize productivity and guest satisfaction.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing innovative solutions.
Foster a positive work environment, promoting open communication, teamwork, and employee engagement.

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). A master's degree may be preferred.
Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a similar senior management role within the hotel industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Sound financial acumen and the ability to analyze financial statements, manage budgets, and drive revenue.
In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
