Description

This is a senior, general management role combining strong operational leadership with commercial experience.

What You'll Lead & Deliver:

  • MULTI-SITE OPERATIONAL LEADERSHIP : Lead the sites as one integrated network, managing complex low‑volume/high‑mix operations with agility and steering teams through growth, reorganization, migrations & stabilization phases.
  • SAFETY, QUALITY & COMPLIANCE : Ensure a strong safety culture and full compliance, guaranteeing food safety and adherence to all regulatory standards.
  • SERVICE, SUPPY-CHAIN & EXECUTION : Own service performance while overseeing S&OP, planning, inventory, materials and procurement alignment.
  • FINANCIAL & P&L OWNERSHIP : Hold full P&L responsibility across the three sites and deliver EBITDA, productivity, cost and working‑capital targets.
  • LEAN & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT : Champion a strong lean culture with measurable impact
  • CUSTOMER & COMMERCIAL PARTNERSHIP : Act as the operational representative for key Food & Beverage customers while partnering closely with Sales on strategic customer engagements and planning.
  • PEOPLE & LEADERSHIP : Build a strong talent pipeline while fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, ownership and high performance.

Profil recherché

  • Full P&L accountability in a matricial environment
  • Solid commercial grounding and experience at the sales-operations interface. You have already held sales / commercial functions
  • Leadership in packaging or labels
  • Fluent French and English
  • Proven multi site industrial management
  • Analytical, disciplined, change driven leadership style
