Description

As a Corporate Legal Officer France and Luxembourg, you will support the Legal Director in his duties:

  • Maintain statutory records and corporate registers for entities in Luxembourg and France
  • Draft legal documents: contracts, board minutes, shareholder resolutions, powers of attorney
  • Manage legal files, archiving, and databases
  • Support real estate acquisitions and private equity transactions
  • Prepare and organize board meetings and annual general meetings (AGMs)
  • Coordinate with notaries, registries, and external advisors for filings and certifications
  • Conduct legal research and maintain a legal watch on corporate and regulatory developments in both jurisdictions
  • Liaise with internal teams (finance, HR, compliance) and external stakeholders (law firms, auditors, banks)

Profil recherché

A successful candidate should have:

  • A Master in Law or equivalent qualification
    Knowledge in corporate law and financial law in France and in Luxembourg
    About 6-8 years of previous experience in a legal department in the financial services industry
    A business-oriented and proactive approach to legal issues
    Strong organizational and communication skills
    Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
    Fluent in French and English; knowledge of legal terminology in both
    Discretion and adaptability in a confidential, entrepreneurial environment
