Description
The Chief Technology Officer delivers technology leadership for the company's PEM Fuel Cell, Electrolyser Component and Systems businesses. Your key responsibilities include:
- Formulate technology strategy and architecture roadmap in line with company's long-term business strategy
- Develop and implement new technologies as extensions of company's core technology to sustain competitive advantage
- Guide collaborations with universities, research institutes and companies on technology research and development,
- Provide leadership to the company's R&D centres
- Identify companies developing technologies of interest and support business development activities
- Develop, administer, monitor, and manage the company's technology budget and intellectual property

Profil recherché
- Master's degree or PhD in Chemistry, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or related field
- Minimum 15 years of hands-on domain experience in Fuel Cell industry (alternatively Electrolyser Industry)
- Deep Experience with technology-related topics for fuel cells or electrolyser
- Prior technical leadership role within global engineering and technology companies
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
- Strong international experience
