Description du poste
Reporting to the Group CEO, this person will be responsible for;
- Managing the assets under the family office on a global level. These assets are run akin high end boutique properties
- Manage the organisational structure from GMs to Ops Director and other functional heads
- Collaborate with other executives to align with the overall company's strategy
- Work closely on the development of new properties and ensuring operational efficiencies across all properties
- Evaluate resource requirements and mobilize all the necessary resources including staffing, equipment, assets, inventory, materials, etc. in order to meet business requirements and service quality standards
Profil recherché
To apply for the role, it is a must to have the following experience;
- Minimum 13 years of experience in a leadership role in hospitality or hotel sector. This person will have experience managing ultra high end or luxury boutique properties.
- 7 years of the experience should be in a corporate management role. People management experience in leadership positions. Experience developing and leading high-performance teams
- The right candidate will have exposure working with UHWNIs, Royalty and VVIP customers. The level of service at this role is extremely high end and the experience of working in a similar environment is an absolute must.
Conditions et Avantages
AED 75,000 - AED 90,000 per/m + Bonus and Medical
