Description

  • Build, lead, and mentor a global team of process intensification experts (scientists & engineers).
  • Provide technical guidance and coaching to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and scientific excellence.
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop process intensification technologies that reduce energy consumption and CAPEX.
  • Lead the design and improvement of critical process equipment (reactors, separation technologies, heat integration, etc.).
  • Translate research insights into industrial solutions and future plant concepts.
  • Ensure projects follow stringent process safety and engineering standards.
  • Work closely with internal engineering teams, R&I groups, plant operations, and global business units.
  • Collaborate with external partners such as universities, research centres, and technology suppliers.
  • Drive cross‑functional decision‑making and communicate technical insights effectively.
  • Oversee a portfolio of innovation and development projects in process intensification.
  • Ensure technical milestones, timelines, and safety requirements are met.
  • Contribute to building internal methodologies, best practices, and technical frameworks for process intensification.
  • Promote knowledge sharing across global teams.

Profil recherché

  • PhD in Chemical Engineering (preferred), or Master's degree with 10-15 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong experience in process intensification, equipment design, or advanced chemical process development.
  • Experience in plant operations or scale‑up environments is a strong asset.
  • Knowledge of hydrogen processes or intensification technologies is a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year of people management experience (team leadership, coaching, or technical supervision).
  • Professional proficiency in English (additional languages are an asset but not required)
