Description

* Develop the company's presence within the European defence market : France and Germany mainly
* Drive acquisition of new clients and expand relationships with key strategic accounts across Europe
* Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, proposals, negotiations and contract closure
* Strengthen partnerships with major industry players such as leading defence OEMs and system integrators
* Conduct market analyses, identify new business opportunities and monitor strategic tenders
* Work closely with internal teams including R&D, engineering, production, marketing and senior management
* Contribute to commercial strategy development and represent the company at specialised industry events and trade fairs
* Ensure accurate reporting, pipeline management and profitability monitoring
* Promote the company's technical expertise and value proposition in complex, high-stakes environments
* Act as a trusted advisor for customers operating in critical defence applications

Profil recherché

  • +5 years of experience in selling technological products within the defence sector or other high-value industries in Europe : especifically France and Germany
  • English C1, French and/or German C2
  • Established network across the European defence ecosystem
  • Strong results orientation, autonomy and strong communication capabilities
  • Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and technical environments
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, ideally complemented by commercial or marketing training
