- Prospection, development and optimization of the customer portfolio.
- Approaching new customers to propose them bespoke solutions.
- Maintaining relationship with key accounts.
- Analyzing, collecting and meeting customers' expectations.
- Being internally the point of contact to propose and promote new concepts.
- 3 to 5 years as a Business Developer / Key Account Manager ideally within the construction industry.
- Fluent in French and German.
- Ability to develop strong relationships both externally with partners and prospects and internally with teams. implementing projects.
- You are customer centric and will always take the customer into account when making work decisions.
- Very good communication skills with ability to adapt speech to different targets (strategic, tactical, operational).
