This position will be located in Monaco. DescriptionAs a Bilingual Personal Assistant, you will have a key role in the personal organisation of the CEO. Highly organized and detail-oriented, you will have the following responsibilities :Manage complex schedules and coordinate travel arrangements,Prepare and organize meetings and events,Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence,Provide general administrative support,Recruit the household staff,Edit contracts and check legal aspects. Profil recherchéThe ideal Personal Assistant will have a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment :Strong ability to work independently and efficiently,Excellent communication and organizational skills, comfortable liaising at all levels,Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure,High level of discretion and professionalism,Knowledge of employment law required,Fluency in english.Work location : Monaco/ST Tropez.
