Weinbrenner is an exciting lakes and forests inspired outdoor brand originating in the USA, and distributed in over 50 countries throughout the world. The brand is mostly distributed through Bata outlets, although 10 concept stores have been opened and distribution through third parties and extension of the concept store portfolio are key initiatives to grow the brand. Sales of Weinbrenner in 2015 were about 40M USD globally.

Position Overview: 1. To develop a centralized Branding Team composed of Product Developers, Creative Designers, Branding & Marketing experts, Technical Production Specialists and Sourcing personnel in the development of the Weinbrenner Brand with the aim to create a successful leading international brand. 2. To have full responsibility for brand guardianship ensuring consistency and proper maintenance and development of the brand.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

* To identify key customer segments and define appropriate brand proposition against these defined segments - MARKET RESEARCH

* To ensure collections are designed for these targeted segments applicable across multiple countries - BRANDING, PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND PLANNING

* To develop marketing support programs including: POP materials, advertising and other promotions that reflect local differences but which maintain the high image and the consistency of the brand - MARKETING SUPPORT

* To develop, disseminate and coordinate global strategies and guidelines (Brand Manual) to ensure consistent development and sales of the new brands - SALES

Profil recherché

* Bachelor's Degree in a related field or an equivalent of minimum 10 years of experience in marketing/creative management /design and/or development of consumer products, with minimum 3 years footwear product development experience preferably in an outdoor shoe environment.

* Ability to manage multiple projects from concept through completion.

* Ability to motivate and lead others in the development and execution of creative projects.

* Excellent presentation skills.

* Excellent in inspiring and leading creative people.

* Ability to interact with all levels in the organization.
