Main Responsibilities: - Product marketing responsibility for infusion bedside pumps in the acute hospital setting. - Actively monitors emerging trends and problems within healthcare market, including macroeconomic, regulatory, compliance, technology and competitive areas to refine your commercial product strategy. - Develops and implements marketing strategy for product, including product launch, pricing initiatives, promotions campaigns and other related activities to meet strategic and financial objectives. - Drives reference site and key opinion leader (KOL) activities, collaborates closely with clinical resources, to drive clinical demand and adoption for relevant clinical concepts and associated products. - Collaborates closely with sales organization to understand and increase sales effectiveness.

Accountability's: - Demonstrates advanced understanding and experience in market management - Identifies market opportunities, develops, implements and manages solutions, and provides subject matter expertise in complex situations - Assesses financial implications, including profitability and viability, for complex product/market portfolios or segments that have significant organizational impact - Understands and manages life cycle implications and make recommendations to achieve sustainable economic success for complex product/market portfolios or segments that have significant organizational impact - Provides guidance or directs others in the life cycle process to achieve economic success - Has depth and breadth of experience in own job family; integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities - Applies in-depth marketing skills and broad infusion pump market knowledge to address complex problems - Acts as a key contributor in a complex matriced international corporate environment - May lead teams or projects; shares expertise

Profil recherché

Qualifications: - 7-10 years experience in marketing required; supervisory/management skills required - International marketing experience required. - 5 years minimum medical marketing or experience required; healthcare software marketing experience strongly preferred. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Technical Discipline or related field required; - Proficient with Microsoft Office products including: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required - Fluency in English required - Excellent verbal, written and presentation/communications skills required - Up to 45% travel

Additional Qualifications: - Experience in the infusion business and/or intensive care / oncology practice preferred - Additional language fluencies for European relevant-markets preferred - Strong technical background or degree preferred - MBA preferred
