Description du poste

Being the key point of contact for Market Solutions team to manage and deliver their portfolio of work:

  • Joint elaboration of Budget, Roadmap and resources forecast;
  • Management of change requests;
  • Organizing IT proposals for new prospects in coordination with the core product teams;
  • Representing IT in customers' meetings when needed,
  • Managing the overall delivery of the portfolio (governance, reporting, escalation, etc.).

Organizing and overseeing Porto Software Delivery in the different Agile teams and ensuring coordination with other Portfolios / core products / Practices; Organizing Level 3 support and maintenance work for a defined set of Customers & Applications; Representing ITS Management locally:

  • Contributing to local recruitment;
  • Managing local resources with the support of local management team (delegating day to day management to Scrum Masters and practice leaders);
  • Applying framework of objectives & appraisals;
  • Making sure ITS methodologies, standards & tools are applied;
  • Promoting Innovation & Excellence locally;
  • Ensuring the liaison with ITS Paris Management team and with IT local management team/Porto Site Lead;
  • Providing regular and ad-hoc reports on progress, financial status, risks and issues.

Profil recherché

Core skills:

  • Proven IT team management and leadership skills, with a collaborative management style;
  • Good knowledge of the different practices of a modern software factory (Business Analysis, Development, Tests, Project Management, Packaging & Deployment), by having executed one or several of them;
  • Familiar with "DevOps" concepts (continuous integration and continuous deployment);
  • Excellent management and interpersonal skills adequate for dealing and communicating clearly with the client to management level;
  • Program / Portfolio Management skills (Scrum & Waterfall) - SCRUM Master Certification is a plus;
  • Excellent written and presentation skills adequate for documenting complex assumptions, risks and commitments clearly and unambiguously;
  • Ability to work under pressure to support project deadlines & software production support;
  • Demonstrable ability to be confident, pragmatic, rigorous and tenacious;
  • Ability to evolve in a constantly changing environment;
  • Customer & Delivery focus;
  • Fluent: Portuguese, English & French if possible.

Experience:

  • Educated to Master degree level or equivalent;
  • Between 10 and 15 year's experience of managing & delivering software developments projects and maintenance;
  • Managing Agile teams using DevOps concepts;
  • Managing large contracts with customers in a high change, complex (high availability, performance), multi-project environment using the core skill set as defined;
  • Operating with IT teams located in different countries;
  • Managing a team of 20 to 30 people;
  • Knowledge and interest for the finance sector, ideally Trading.
