We are working with a major US business with sites across North Europe. The business has a strong investment plan and looks to provide exceptional service levels within it's market.

Description du poste

The Facility Manager will manage all our capital improvement investment projects at the 40 existing facilities and stores in Belgium and Germany. You will identify Repair, Maintenance and FM needs and install programs to ensure an optimally maintained store portfolio taking into account the budget, time schedule and standards.

Key areas of responsibility will include

- Developing strategic asset plans for existing properties
- Developing scopes of work, cost analyses, and budget projections necessary to maintain company assets in accordance with acceptable standards.
- Identifying and qualifying vendors as well as contracting and ultimately monitoring vendor work performance.
- Developing and maintaining schedules of work and forecasts for completion dates as well as costs vs. budgets.
- Creating processes in coordination with field operations to ensure timely execution.
- Researching and implementing products, processes and services for continuous improvements in the delivery of results.
- Assisting with due diligence for acquisitions

Profil recherché

As Facilty Manager based in Belgium & Germany you will join the business at a time of growth and expansion. To be considered for this role you will need to meet the following criteria.

-You have a Graduate or Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Electromechanics or Electronics, or similar through experience.
-You have at least 3 to 5 years of proven project management experience in facility management, on a multi-site basis.
- Dutch & German is neccesary due to the geographic coverage but one can be stronger than the other.
-A proven track record of success in multi-location asset management, preferably in retail or real estate environment.
-Proactively looks for ways to increase customer satisfaction, and ensures a customer oriented attitude in the team.
-Promotes co-operation within own team and between teams, and acts as an example of effective teamwork.
