Description du poste
The Construction & Maintenance Project Coordinator M/F will have the following missions:
- Plan and coordinate project scheduling in the field of construction, refurbishment and maintenance,
- Support the project staff by facilitating project logistics such as meetings and conference calls,
- Take meeting minutes and action items during meetings and perform basic follow-up for the project team,
- Assists in development of presentations, manage translations,
- Manage RFI's, change orders and other related material with the contractors,
- Assist project team in managerial reporting.
The Construction & Maintenance Project Coordinator M/F will have the following requirements:
- Understanding of project goals, deadlines, and financial boundaries,
- Experience in resources allocation, benchmarking, scheduling project deadlines, and general coordination,
- Fluent French and English, Russian as an advantage,
- Understanding of construction and facility management,
- Accurate estimating and math skills,
- Personal leadership and precision.
