Our client is an international company, selling niche products for the agricultural industry. In order to reinforce its team, we are looking for a Business Developer for the German Market.
Description du poste
As a Business Developer you will work purely on warm leads and existing businesses. You will directly participate to the development of the German market and be responsible for a diverse range of functions including but not limited to:
- Prospecting new customers,
- Cultivating client's relationships,
- Analyzing the market's potential and determining the value of existing and prospective customers,
- Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships,
- Driving brand awareness and continually improve the market position,
- Travelling and visiting your clients to offer the highest level of customer service,
- Developing a good understanding of the market needs,
- Report information on sales, sales forecasts and new business opportunities to the management.
- You have a strong relevant experience in a business development role selling (products or services) to the agricultural field,
- You have a good understanding about the agricultural German market and its stakeholders,
- You have a good network largely composed of farmers,
- You are perfectly fluent in German and you have a good level in English or French,
- You have an ability to develop account management strategies which drive sales growth and also brand awareness,
- You are recognized for your entrepreneurial and managerial skills,
- You have strong business acumen and outstanding negotiation skills,
- You are motivated to deliver exceptional results, exceeding business targets.
